Politics

After another week of politricks, I've come to some more conclusions...
Sarah Palin does not represent anything that I stand for, nor that of any colleagues, friends, family, etc. of anyone in my life. She is completely incompetent in her knowledge of Politics, Foreign relations and domestic issues that are pertinent when in the role of Vice President or President of the United States.

When watching the exclusive interview in which Sarah Palin was interviewed by journalist, Charlie Gibson, I was once again reminded of why I would and could never place a vote in favor of her. Let me first begin my explanation by detailing my thoughts on Barack Obama.

Barack represents something very different from what we've seen in American politics thus far. Yes, he is an African American man and yes he is younger than past candidates and yes he has a background dedicated to public service and community involvement rather than only political gain; however, more than any of that, he has integrity, intelligence and a vision. His vision is to change the current US political system, which is in need of an entire bulldozer-like make over. His integrity does not waiver in the face of tacky insults and childish accusations. His intelligence shines through his creativity in changing the face of America as well as seeing a situation for what it really is. Unless folks really have NO idea about what really is going on in America, they should vote for McCain, and then pray... a lot.

McCain and Palin are so out of touch with the average American citizen, it's obvious and completely frightening. When asked what the average American salary was, McCain answered "$15O,000". I don't know what United States of America he's living in, but I'm well aware of the fact that $150,000 is not the average American salary. I do know that a very small percentage of Americans control or own the very majority of American wealth, which leads to the majority of the population scrambling for the scraps.

I just drank a Caramel frappacino... and I am not typing as fast as I am thinking... lets take a break.
